I’m a wife, a mother of three (soon to be 4!) , and the founder of The Mae Society; a concierge and talent agency built for those who orchestrate the most unforgettable moments of people’s lives. After spending years planning weddings, managing large-scale events, and supporting high-profile clients through my first company, ILE Events, I realized something.
The creatives and hosts at the heart of this industry deserved more.
They deserved systems that took care of them. Opportunities that matched their value. And a team that didn’t just understand the event world—but moved within it with grace, integrity, and style.

I started this business because I know what it feels like to hold it all.
To be the one creating beauty while managing logistics. To be the one hosting everyone else and still worrying about the group chat. To be the one at the center of the celebration—and still the one up late fixing things behind the scenes.
